when, where, & why?
Join me July 11th-13th (Friday - Sunday) at Bethel Farm Yoga & Living Arts Center (roughly an hour and half from Boston & 2 hours from central VT). Retreats are a great way to meet new people, carve out a weekend to support your physical/mental/ and emotional being, and embrace that summertime “feel good” vibe.
retreat refund policy -
25% of the total cost of the retreat serves as a non-refundable deposit. if a guest needs to cancel, they can receive a full refund (with the exception of the deposit amount) if they cancel prior to 7 days before the retreat start date. if a guest cancels within 7 days of the retreat start date, no refund will be given (please note that this is due to reserving space in the retreat center, meal planning for “x” amount of guests, + activity planning).

we will ease out of the natural winter hibernation for quality time filled with sisterhood, movement, and self reflection. a beautiful opportunity to connect with community + to give yourself a peaceful midwinter reset.
