we are so excited to host you + guide you through this cozy winter wellness weekend.
hi, I’m tara -
i am offering this because I want to guide women to take ownership over their lives and move away from the hustle and “busyness” that can keep us from connecting and prioritizing our own wellbeing.
i used to work a full-time job as a public educator which felt comfortable and secure, but it was negatively impacting my health, both emotionally and physically, leading to incredible toxic stress. I felt scared to take the leap away from a secure job with benefits, but I knew I needed to treat my sacred vessel (my body) with greater care.
now, I live freely and abundantly. I practice + teach meditation and yoga, lead workshops, retreats, and women’s circles, and have my own business where I guide individuals to live a more wholehearted life. I allow myself to have slow mornings, sleep-in, and rest when I need to, pick-up side jobs that feel aligned with my values and vision, and embrace all the imperfect yet beautiful parts of my life. I love to travel, read, spend time in nature - whether it be walking my dogs, snowboarding, paddleboarding, or trail running, + doing anything and everything with my best friend and husband, Jeremy - he’s my lobster (life partner)!
after living a life that was incredibly toxic, competitive, and felt as if I was on a hamster-wheel that never stopped, I decided I wanted it to be easy. I began to trust myself and then started paying more attention to guidance from the universe. I began to see all the goodness in my life, and now I am overflowing with gratitude for the life I live. I want everyone in this world to live an abundant life that aligns with their most authentic self, be open to guidance from the universe, and have a deep connection between their beloved heart and complex mind.
hi, I'm harlyjane -
after living a life that was emptying my cup + draining my battery, I decided I wanted + deserved more. I chose happiness, wellness, + love. I chose to live passionately as me - and just me.
I live freely + mindfully. I practice + teach yoga, lead retreats, have my own massage therapy private practice, + live on a farm in rural new hampshire. I don’t confine myself to any sort of societal norm. I prioritize mental health, physical wellbeing, + spirituality. I like to travel, listen to music, + share experiences with women on a similar path.
